The vast majority of CV profiles can be improved, the trick is finding out what is wrong with yours and then addressing the problem.
Is it too long? Too cluttered? Too complex? Is it relevant enough? Is it too basic? Is it over the top? Are you saying the right things? Does it include the right skills / traits / buzzwords?
Everyone’s profile is different, so yours could possibly benefit from different improvements than that of your neighbour. Either way if your profile is lacking, then you need to fix it as a matter of priority if you want the employer to read on to the all-important content.
