What We Say
Helping clients in all sectors
We have been doing this for a long time and have vast experience helping clients in the UK and all around the world and from students and graduates right up to managers, senior managers and executives. We offer a smooth transition into the world of work at the start of your career, the next rung on the career ladder or a life-changing move.
Recently on a global basis, we’ve seen a huge rise in employment within regions such as The Middle East and North Africa, industries including engineering and construction, information and telecommunications technology, as well as a notable increase in the number of British subjects travelling to such places to work, either on an interim basis or permanently. If you are applying for an international position in one of these sectors, it is important to understand and address what the local employers looking for.
We help clients at all levels and across all industries and regions including administration, accounting, account management, business, commerce, consultancy, civil service, IT, banking, finance, sales, marketing, communications, legal, legal management, HR, military, logistics, retail, health, medical, science, engineering, civil engineering, academic, education, services, telecommunications and much more. We also have a great deal of experience working with clients within different sectors including public, private, charitable and voluntary.
Gig Economy Work
We’re hearing increasing stories about the “Gig” economy. Nowadays, more people than ever are taking the path towards self-employment, freelancing or part-time careers. The days of ‘a job for life’ are in remission – or so it seems at present – as this new trend seems to be increasing in popularity. For some, with the pressures of getting that work/life balance just right, a portfolio career is the way to go (several contracts or freelance jobs on the go simultaneously that offer multiple income streams). With many firms outsourcing work abroad, and the increase in zero hour contracts, many individuals are taking on more financial and contractual risk. Our digital revolution makes this easier and more accessible than ever before. However, in order to pitch for business, these so-called “giggers” still need a CV to match. This can be difficult if you have had various projects and jobs – how do you succinctly list them in a CV? And with competition steadfastly increasing it is important to get this right, or you risk missing out on securing good contracts.
While the vast majority of our clients are looking for permanent jobs, increasingly candidates are coming to us for help across the board. This includes contract jobs, interim positions, part-time work and ‘gig’ contract work in a variety of sectors.
Whatever your requirements, we are here to help you.
Change can be extremely daunting regardless of your current level or career. But if you have decided to take a leap of faith and move into something completely different how do you include this in your CV? This is hard to do if you have been in the same industry for several years. Moreover, it’s a pertinent question because there is more to this than meets the eye, with plenty of pitfalls. Our team of specialists has the skills and experience to work with you towards realising your objectives. It’s what we do day in day out for clients in the UK and internationally.
Whatever your job, and whatever your career goal, our experienced specialists can help you.
